These terms are between you and Nadwell AI, a software studio in Denver, Colorado. They cover this website, nadwell.ai, and the client portal at portal.nadwell.ai. By using either, you agree to them.
Using this website
You may read, link to and share the pages on this site. Please do not copy the site’s design or text to present it as your own, and do not try to disrupt the site or reach parts of it that are not linked.
The case studies on this site are illustrative examples. The businesses in them are fictional, and they describe how the process fits different kinds of project, not results from past clients.
The client portal
- Portal accounts are for people at client organizations and are created by invitation or by sign-up.
- You see only the projects of the organizations you belong to. An organization’s admin decides who is invited.
- Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- Progress reports are confidential to your organization. Please share them only inside it.
Project work
The work we do for you, including what you own, what you pay and what we promise, is governed by the agreement we sign with your organization. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
No warranty for the website
We work to keep the site and portal accurate and available, but we provide the website as it is. Forecast dates in progress reports are estimates, and the report says how confident each one is.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
