Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use nadwell.ai and the client portal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast in light and dark themes.
- Buttons and links are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
- Motion stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms allow paste and password managers, and errors say how to fix them.
- Charts in progress reports come with a text description of what they show.
Known limits
A progress report saved as a PDF from your browser keeps its text and headings, but may not carry every accessibility tag a screen reader uses. The web version of the report is always the full version.
Other services we link to
Booking a call opens Cal.com, a separate scheduling service with its own accessibility statement; it is outside the scope of this statement. The tool our staff use to edit this site’s content, Pages CMS, is also outside it.
How we test
Automated accessibility checks run in real browsers on every change, and we review each new screen with a keyboard and a screen reader before it ships.
